Serve: 1-2
Ingredient: 
200 gram           Pork steak – thinly sliced 
2 tbs                    Coconut oil
3                          Garlic clove – finely chopped 
1/2 tbs                Fish sauce
1 tsp                    Dark soy sauce
1 tsp                    Ground black pepper 
1/2 tsp                Sugar
1/2 tbs                Water
1                           Spring onion – sliced 
1 tsp                    Sesame seeds

Method

-Put the coconut oil and garlic in a pan. Fry until the garlic becomes slightly golden in colour.

-Add the pork into the pan. Stir until the pork is semi-cooked.

-Add the fish sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar and black pepper.

-Stir until the pork is cooked and turns into a caramel colour. Please be careful as we don’t want the garlic to get burnt.

-Put the water in then stir all the ingredients together.

-Transfer onto a serving plate. Scatter the spring onions and sesame seeds on the top.
