Banana in coconut milk

Ingredients:
1 Green banana – peeled and chunkily cut
160ml Thai coconut milk
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 pinch Salt
1 tablespoon Coconut chips
-Gently boil the banana in Thai coconut milk until the banana is cooked and slightly softened. Usually, it will take about 10-15 minutes.
-Add the sugar and salt.
-Gently boil until the sugar dissolves.
-Transfer it on a serving bowl and scatter the coconut chips on top. Serve immediately.
Tips:
-You can serve this easy Vegan Thai dessert hot or cold. Some Thais put in crushed ice and serve on a hot sunny day.
