Beansprouts Stir-Fried (Vegan)

Ingredients:
150 gram Beansprouts
50 gram Tempeh or tofu-cubed and fried
35 gram Mushroom-thinly sliced
20 gram Spring onion-thinly sliced
10 gram Red chili-thinly sliced
1 clove Garlic-finely chopped
2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
2 tablespoon Water
1/2 tablespoon Light soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Marmite or yeast extract (Vegan)
1 pinch Ground black pepper
–Gently fry the mushroom and vegetable oil in a non-stick frying pan, until cooked.
-Add the garlic, beansprouts, spring onion, tempeh, and chili.
-Stir-fried until the beansprouts are slightly softened approx 2 minutes.
-Season with soy sauce, sugar, marmite, and water (optional).
-Fold all ingredients for further 2 minutes.
-Serve immediately with noodles, Thai jasmine rice or brown rice.
Tip:
– Stir-fried is all about quick cooking. So make sure you prepare all ingredients prior to the cooking time.
