Ingredients:

160 gram                                    Brussel sprouts – washed and trimmed

10 gram                                      Red chilli – chopped

2                                                Garlic clove – peeled and finely chopped

2 tablespoon                               Vegetable oil

2 teaspoon                                 Miso paste or Thai soya bean paste

1/2 teaspoon                              Light brown sugar

Method

-Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add brussel sprouts and gently stir for approx 5 minutes.

-In goes the garlic, light brown sugar and red chili. Then stir-fry for a further 3 minutes.

-Put the Miso or Thai soya bean paste in and fold all the ingredients together, cook for a further 2 minutes and serve immediately.

-Enjoy this Vegan, Gluten-free Brussel Sprout in Miso paste with rice, noodles, salad or even your Sunday roast, yum.

Tip:

– I prefer to cook Brussel Sprouts in a cast iron pan. The thick metal at the bottom of the pan helps deliver perfectly cooked sprouts without burning.

-Check out my other Gluten-free recipes here Gluten-Free Thai recipes

-Keep an eye on the pan at all times as it can easily burn.
