2                                                Garlic clove-peeled and finely chopped

2 tablespoon                                Vegetable oil

1/2 teaspoon                               Light brown sugar

Method

-Heat oil in the frying pan. Add Brussels Sprouts and gently stir for approx 5 minutes.

-In goes the garlic, light brown sugar, and red chili. Then stir-fry for a further 3 minutes.

-Put the Miso or Thai soya bean paste and fold all the ingredients together, cook for further 2 minutes and serve immediately.

-Enjoy this Vegan, Gluten-free Brussels Sprout in Miso paste with rice, noodles, salad or even your Sunday roast, yum.

Tip:

– I prefer to cook Brussels Sprouts in the cast iron pan. The thick metal at the bottom of the pan helps deliver the perfectly cooked sprouts without burning.

-Check my other Gluten-free recipes here Gluten-Free Thai recipes

-Keep an eye on the pan at all times as it can get easily burnt.
