Cantaloupe in Coconut Milk (Vegan)

Ingredients :
-Put 60ml of Thai coconut milk and coconut palm sugar in a small saucepan on medium heat. Keep stirring until the sugar is dissolved. Remove it from the heat.
-Pour the rest of Thai coconut milk in another small saucepan bring it to a boil. Add a pinch of salt. Remove it from the heat.
-Assemble the chilled cantaloupe chunks and sweet coconut milk in a serving bowl. Drizzle with the salty coconut milk on top and serve immediately.
Tips:
-Hot and cold, sweet and salty are the combination of this quick and easy Thai Vegan dessert. I like to keep the cantaloupe in the fridge until the last minute before serving.
