Ingredients:
1 and a 1/2 Banana sliced
2-3 squeezes Honey
1 pinch Salt
150ml Coconut milk
2 tbs Sugar
1 and a 1/2 tbs Coconut oil
Method:
-Gently heat the coconut milk in a pot, in goes the sugar, mix well . Then add salt keep checking and stirring until the mixture becomes slightly thickened.
-Heat the coconut oil in a pan, lay the banana slices carefully, then squeeze the honey over the top side. Turn the banana slices one by one.
-Wait until the glazed bottom side starts to caramelise to a golden brown colour. Drizzle honey on top pale side, then flip the banana slices over.
-Check and make sure that both sides are golden brown but not burnt It should be a sheer caramelised glazed on each slices.
– Tranfer banana slices onto a serving dish.
– Drizzle the coconut milk over the banana and enjoy.
