Coconut Chia Pudding

Ingredients:
30grams Chia seed
90grams Coconut milk
20grams Almond milk
1-2squeeze Honey
1-2dollop Greek yogurt
1 handful Fruit of your choice,mango,lychee, pineapple all good!
Method:
– Mix Chia seeds and Coconut milk in the bowl, cover with cling film and leave in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight. – Check if Chia seeds are puff up to your preference. If you wanted Chia seed a bit softer ,add more almond milk. – Transfer the mixture in the container of your choice. I would prefer tumbler glass or mason jar as I think , it’s pretty and I can see the layers of ingredients. – Dollops Greek yogurt,squeeze honey and fruit on top. Tahdahhh! Enjoy Coconut Chia Pudding as breakfast or dessert.
