300 ml Sparkling water
240 ml Cranberry juice
2 teaspoon Vanilla syrup (Optional)
-Mix sparkling water, cranberry juice and vanilla syrup.
-Add the ice cubes as how you like it.
-Garnish with your favourite fruits. I used the cucumber ribbons, raspberry but it also great with orange peel, lemon and mint.
-Need a bit of alcohol? Why not replace the sparkling water with champagne or with gin and tonic water. Whatever your choice is/are…Enjoy!
-I love this refreshing mocktail with breakfast. It goes perfectly well with Thai starter i.e. Chicken Satay, Prawn toast or Crunchy vegan spring roll.
