Cranberry Fizz

Ingredients:
300ml Sparkling water
240ml Cranberry juice
2 teaspoon Vanilla syrup (optional)
-Mix the sparkling water, cranberry juice and vanilla syrup.
-Add ice cubes to taste.
-Garnish with your favourite fruits. I used cucumber ribbons and raspberry’s but it is also great with orange peel, lemon and mint.
Tips:
-Need a bit of alcohol? Why not replace the sparkling water with champagne or with gin and tonic water. Whatever your choice… Enjoy!
-I love this refreshing mocktail with breakfast. It goes perfectly well with a Thai starter i.e. Chicken Satay, Prawn toast or Crunchy vegan spring roll.
