Drunken Chicken Noodle

Ingredients :

2                    Chicken breast – diced
3                    Garlic clove – finely chopped
2 tbs             Coconut oil
1 tbs             Butter
100 gram    Dry rice noodles
100 gram    Mix vegetable stir fry
2 tbs            Sugar
2 tbs            Fish sauce
2 tbs            Light soy sauce
2 tbs            Oyster sauce
1 tsp            Dark soy sauce
1 tsp            Ground black pepper
1                  Red chilli – chopped
15-20         Basil leaves

Method

– Soak the dry rice noodles in boiled water.
– Put 1 tablespoon of coconut oil into a hot frying pan, then add garlic, chilli and chicken; 1 tablespoon of these ingredients: fish sauce, light soy sauce, sugar, oyster sauce and 1 teaspoon of dark soy sauce, then a pinch of ground black pepper. Stir until the chicken is cooked. Remove the chicken and put it on a plate.
-Drain the noodles and set aside.
-In the same frying pan, in goes the vegetables, noodles, 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce, fish sauce, light soy sauce, butter and sugar. Stir the mixture well. Add a bit more water if you prefer very soft noodles.
– Put the cooked chicken back in the pan, then add basil. Stir all the ingredients well.
– That’s it. Drunken chicken noodles is served. Happy cooking.

Tip:

Garnish with cucumber to cool the dish down. Happy cooking!
