Ingredients: 

50 gram                                 Dry Glass noodles

20 gram                                 Small red onion-sliced

3 gram                                   Mint leaf

1                                           Red Bird eye chili

1                                           Spring onion-sliced

1 tablespoon                           Lime juice

1/2 tablespoon                        Ground toasted rice

1 teaspoon                              Light soy sauce

1 teaspoon                              Soft brown sugar              

1 teaspoon                              Oil

1 pinch                                    Salt

1 pinch                                    Chilli flake(Optional)

 

 

 

 

Method

-Mix the red chili, lime juice, soy sauce, sugar, and oil in a small mixing bowl.This is your spicy salad dressing. 

-Cook the glass noodles according to the instruction on the package. Drain the excess water off.

-While the glass noodles still warm. Pour the salad dressing on the noodles. Mix well.

-Add the spring onion, red onion, ground toasted rice, chili flake, and a pinch of salt.

-Garnish with the coriander and serve immediately.
