Lemongrass and Ginger Tea
Serve: 1
Ingredients:
500ml Water
1 stalk Lemongrass – thinly sliced
10 gram Fresh ginger – peeled
1 teaspoon Honey
1/4 teaspoon Lemon juice
2-3 Mint leaves
-Put lemongrass, ginger and water in a small saucepan and bring it to a boil.
-Let the herbs infuse for a couple of minutes.
-Use the strainer to remove the lemongrass and ginger.
-Add the honey and lemon juice, stir well.
-Serve this lovely lemongrass and ginger tea, garnish with mint leaves.
Tip:
-For vegan, replace the honey with Agave Nectar/Syrup.
-I love having this tea with Turkish Delight or Candice fruits… yummm.
