Lemongrass and Ginger Tea
500 ml Water
1 stalk Lemongrass-thinly sliced
10 gram Fresh ginger-peeled
1 teaspoon Honey
1/4 teaspoon Lemon juice
2-3 Mint leaf
-Put lemongrass, ginger, water in a small saucepan and bring it to boil.
-Let the herbs infused for a couple of minutes.
-Use the strainer to remove the lemongrass and ginger.
-Add the honey and lemon juice, stir well.
-Serve this lovely lemongrass and ginger, garnish with mint leaves.
-For Vegan, replace honey with Agave Nectar/Syrup.
-I love having this tea with Turkish Delight or Candice fruits…yummm.
