Pandan and Lemongrass Tea
Serve: 3-4
Ingredients :
4-5 Fresh Pandan leaves – cut into small pieces.
2 stalk Fresh Lemongrass – cut into small pieces
1 litre Water
1 tbs Sugar
-Put the Pandan leaves, Lemon grass and water into a saucepan.
-Boil for 15 minutes.
-Add the sugar and simmer for a further 2 minutes.
-Pour the mixture through a sieve to get rid of the leaves and undesirable parts.
-Enjoy this lovely tea with snacks of your choice. It can be served hot or cold.
Tips:
-Do not over boil the tea as it can go bitter which leaves an unpleasant taste.
