PORK AND PRAWN BURGER

Ingredients:
200g                         Pork and prawn mixture

2-3 leaves                Little gems lettuce

2 slices                     Buffalo tomato

1                                Brioche bun

1 tbs                         Coconut oil

1 squeeze               Sriracha sauce (optional)

2-3 slices               Pickled beetroot (optional)

Method:

-Roll the pork and prawn mixture  to a tennis ball size, then flatten
slightly.

-Put the coconut oil in a pan, then fry the burger until golden brown in colour on each side.

-Transfer the burger to a non stick baking tray, put it in the oven at 200 Celsius for approx 15 -20minutes.

-Assemble the lettuce, tomato, cooked burger, a bit of sriracha sauce and
pickled beetroot inside the brioche bun. That is it… Enjoy!

-Second way of pork and prawn mixture done!
