Pork Tenderloin With Broccoli Stir Fry:
Serve: 2-3
Ingredients:
650 gram Pork tenderloin
150 gram Tenderstem broccoli
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black pepper
1 tbs Bouillon powder
1 tbs Coconut oil
1 tbs Honey
1/2 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Fish sauce
1/2 tsp Oyster sauce
1/2 tsp Dark soy sauce
2 clove Garlic – chopped
1/2 tsp Red chilli – chopped
3 tbs Water
– Marinate the pork tenderloin in salt, pepper, sugar and bouillon powder overnight or for at least 4 hours.
– Once ready to cook. Put the pork in the oven at a pre-heated temperature of 200 Celsius for 30 minutes then take the pork out and strain the excess juice on a frying pan. Then return the pork back in the oven to cook for a further 45 minutes. Then take it out of the oven, cover with foil to rest.
– Start the stir fry, while waiting for the pork to rest.
– Heat the coconut oil, garlic, honey and red chilli in the same frying pan which you strained the pork liquid in.
– When the liquid mixture is steaming hot, add broccoli, fish sauce, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce and water. Stir well until the broccoli is cooked.
– Slice the pork how you like. Then put the pork on top of the bed of stir fried broccoli. Pour the cooking sauce on the top and serve Pork Tenderloin With Broccoli Stir-Fry with Thai Jasmine Rice.
Tip:
