PRAWN AND CHICKEN THAI STYLE LINGUINE

Prawn and chicken Thai style linguine

Ingredients:

3oz or 90 grams Dry linguine

10 Raw juicy peeled king prawns

1/2 Chicken breast

1 Clove of garlic

1/2 Red chilli (deseeded)

1 tbs Fish sauce

1 tbs Oyster sauce

1/2 tsp Lemon juice

3 tbs Coconut oil or rapeseed oil

1 pinch Ground black pepper (optional)

1 pinch Coriander leaves

10 -15 Basil leaves

1 pinch Sugar

Method

– Cook the linguine according to the packages instructions
(Make sure that the water is boiling hot before putting the dry
linguine in). When the linguine is almost ready continue the following steps.

– Heat the oil in another pan. Then add garlic, basil leaves and chilli, then stir in the chicken until cooked followed by the prawns.

– Meanwhile, take the drained al dente cooked pasta and transfer into the pan with the cooked chicken and prawns. Turn the heat down slightly if needed.

– Add fish sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper and sugar, stir well

– Transfer to a serving dish, garnish with the coriander and add
a tiny squeeze of lemon juice.

– Enjoy!
