Red Curry Prawn Stir-Fry

Red Curry Prawn Stir-Fry

Serve: 1

Ingredients: 

70 gram                                 King prawn – peeled

70 gram                                 Green beans – trimmed

2 clove                                   Garlic – finely chopped 

10 leaves                               Basil

1 teaspoon                             Sugar

1 tablespoon                          Vegetable oil

1 teaspoon                             Thai red curry paste

1/2 teaspoon                          Oyster sauce

1/8 teaspoon                          Fish sauce

1/8 teaspoon                          Lemon juice

 

 

 

 

Method

-Gently fry the garlic in the vegetable oil. Add the Thai red curry paste and fry gently until infused.

-Put the green beans, prawns, fish sauce, oyster sauce, lemon juice, sugar and basil leaves. Stir until the prawns are cooked. Add a little water if required.

– Serve immediately with Thai Jasmine rice.
