Ingredients:
240 gram Salmon fillets
3 tablespoon Sweet chilli sauce
1 tablespoon Rapeseed oil
1 teaspoon Fish sauce
1 pinch Salt and black pepper
-Heat the oven at 200 Celsius.
-Mix the sweet chilli sauce with fish sauce in a small bowl.
-Heat the oil in the nonstick frying pan.
-Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Fry-skin side first. Cook about 2 minutes on each side. Transfer the fillets on the baking tray.
-Pour the sweet chilli sauce mixture on the salmon fillets and bake until the salmon cooked. Usually, it should take approx 10 minutes.
-Serve with Thai Jasmine Rice and vegetable of your choice.
