SALMON IN SWEET CHILLI SAUCE

Salmon in Sweet Chilli Sauce

Serve: 2

Ingredients:

240 gram                               Salmon fillets

3 tablespoon                          Sweet chilli sauce

1 tablespoon                          Rapeseed oil

1 teaspoon                             Fish sauce

1 pinch                                  Salt and black pepper

Method

-Heat the oven to 200 Celsius.

-Mix the sweet chilli sauce with the fish sauce in a small bowl.

-Heat the oil in a nonstick frying pan.

-Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Fry-skin side first. Cook about 2 minutes on each side. Transfer the fillets on a baking tray.

-Pour the sweet chilli sauce mixture on the salmon fillets and bake until the salmon is cooked. Usually, it takes 10 minutes.

-Serve with Thai Jasmine Rice and vegetable of your choice. 

Tips:

-On the photo, I serve this easy peasy mid-week dish with Riceberry. It has got a nutty texture, delicious and packed full of nutrients.
