Spaghetti Kee Mow
Serve: 2
Ingredients:
150 gram Spaghetti
100 gram Pancetta
2 clove Garlic – finely chopped
1 tbs Chopped red chilli
1 tbs Rapeseed oil
1 tbs Oyster sauce
1/2 tsp Dark soy sauce
1/2 tsp Sugar
20 leaves Basil
– Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package.
-While waiting for the spaghetti to cook. Put the oil in another pan and fry the pancetta until cooked and crispy.
– Add the garlic and chilli into the same pan, gently fry for approx 1-2 minutes.
– Add the cooked spaghetti, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce and sugar then stir until the ingredients are combined.
-Lastly, add the basil leaves, gently fold and serve immediately.
Tips:
– Spaghetti Kee Mow can be quite spicy for some, adjust the red chilli accordingly.
