Spicy Salmon and Potato Cake

Ingredients:
450 gram Potato-cooked and mashed
130 gram Salmon-poached and flaked
1 Egg-beaten
100 gram Breadcrumbs
50 gram Flour
10 gram Spring onion- thinly sliced
1 Small red chili-finely chopped
2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
2 tablespoon Mayonaise
1/2 teaspoon Lemon juice
1 pinch Salt and pepper to taste.

-You can use other types of fish ie. tuna, mackerel, smoked haddock too.
-Wash and clean the potato well. No need to peel the skin as it is packed full of nutrition.
