Ingredients of Steamed Pork And Prawn Dumpling :
150g. Pork and prawn mixture roll into meatball shape.
1 tbs Garlic oil
1 Steamer set
Methods:
– Prepare the steamer as usual. Boil the water in the bottom pot then
put the meatballs on the next layer, put the lid on then steam it
for approx 20 – 25 minutes.
– Once the dumpling cooked , transfer on the serving plate.
– Drizzle with Garlic oil then balsamic vinegar , garnish with coriander(optional)
