Ingredients of Steamed Pork And Prawn Dumpling:
150g Pork and prawn mixture rolled into a meatball shape
1 tbs Garlic oil
1 tbs Balsamic vinegar
Small handful Coriander
1 Steamer set
Methods:
– Prepare the steamer as usual. Boil the water in the bottom pot then
put the meatballs on the next layer, put the lid on then steam it
for approx 20 – 25 minutes.
– Once the dumplings are cooked, transfer onto a serving plate.
– Drizzle with Garlic oil then balsamic vinegar, garnish with coriander (optional).
