Method

-Mix Chia seed and 100 milliliters of vegetable stock, set aside.
-Grind or crush the flaxseed, pumpkin seed, and hemp seed to your preferred consistency.
-Gently fry the red onion, carrot, celery, chili, garlic in 1 tablespoon of olive oil until softened. Then add the fish sauce, basil, and sage, stir well. Transfer the mixture into the large mixing bowl. Leave it to room temperature.
-Put the chia seed mixture, seeds mixture, salt, lime juice, and gram flour into the main wet mixture bowl.
-Divide the mixture into six balls. Lightly wet your hands and gently squeeze down to flatten into patties about 1-1.5 cm thick. Carefully transfer them on the plate and leave in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
-Heat the rest of the oil in a non-stick frying pan. Place the burger and cook for 5 minutes on each side or it turns golden brown in color.
-Serve it with your choice of accompaniment.

Tip:

-I love serving this high nutritious burger with sweet potato chips and the crispy leafy salad

-My favorite condiments to goes with this must be an Artisan Vegan Hot Sauce.
