Thai Iced Coffee

Ingredients:
250ml Water
100ml Evaporated milk (optional)
2-3 tablespoon Ground coffee
1-2 tablespoon Soft brown sugar
-Make a coffee with a stove coffee maker, according to the instructions on the ground coffee package.
-Transfer the coffee into a big mug then add the soft brown sugar and leave it to cool.
-If you haven’t got a stove coffee machine Thais boil the water and ground coffee in a small saucepan. Once the sugar dissolves, leave it to cool. Use a muslin cloth for straining the grounds.
-Add ice cubes and serve immediately. Or you can add the unsweetened evaporated milk and ice cubes, serve as a milky ice coffee.
