Ingredients:

250 ml                                   Water

100 ml                                    Evaporated milk (Optional)

2-3 tablespoon                     Ground coffee

1-2 tablespoon                      Soft brown sugar

 

 

 

 

Method

-Make a coffee with a stove coffee maker, according to what instruct on the ground coffee package.

-Transfer the coffee into a big mug then add the soft brown sugar and leave it to cool.

-If you haven’t got a stove coffee machine. Thais- boil the water, ground coffee in the small saucepan. Once the sugar dissolves, leave it to cool. Use the muslin cloth for straining the grounds.

-Add the ice cubes and serve immediately. Or you can add the unsweetened evaporated milk and ice cubes, serve as a milky ice coffee.

Tip:

– “O-Liang” is the term that Thais use when they order Thai Iced coffee. It is an iced coffee without any dairy. We often present “O-Liang” with a little jug of milk. so the drinker can get the best of both worlds.
