Vegan Mince Kra Pao

Ingredients:
100 gram Plant-based mince
80 gram Mushrooms – thinly sliced
30 gram Onion – peeled and sliced
8 gram Basil leaves
1 Birds eye chilli (red) – chopped
1 clove Garlic – chopped 450 gram
2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
1-2 teaspoon Light soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon Soft brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon Yeast extract (Marmite)

-There are so many types of plant-based minces out there. They have got a difference in consistency and quality to absorb the water and flavors. Be flexible, taste, and adjust the amount of seasonings to how you like it.
-You can replace the plant-based mince with tofu or it’s also good with various types of wild mushrooms too.
