Vegan Mince Kra Pao

Ingredients:
100 gram Plant-based mince
80 gram Mushroom-thinly sliced
30 gram Onion-peeled and sliced
8 gram Basil leaf
1 Bird-eye chili (red)-chopped
1 clove Garlic-chopped 450 gram
2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
1-2 teaspoon Light soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon Soft brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon Yeast Extract(Marmite)

-There are so many types of plant-based mince out there. There are so many plants based/ vegan mince out there, chilled or frozen. They have got a difference in consistency and quality to absorb the water and flavors. Be flexible, taste, and adjust the amount of seasonings as how you like it.
-You can replace the plant-based mince with tofu or it’s also good with the various types of wild mushroom too.
