VIRGIN PINA COLADA

Virgin Pina Colada

Serve: 1

Ingredients :

100 gram                         Pineapple – chunkily cut

80ml                                Thai coconut milk

30ml                                Soda water

2-3 tbs                              Caster sugar

4                                        Ice cubes

 

 

Method

-Put the pineapple, coconut milk, caster sugar, soda water and ice cubes in an electric blender and blend away.

-Pour the mixture in a fancy serving glass and garnish with fruits of your choice… glacier cherry is one of my favourites.

Tip:

-If you find Pina Colada too creamy, add a couple of strawberries. it will lift the taste of this drink.
