Zesty Prawn Fried Rice

Ingredients:
200 gram Raw king prawns – peeled
150 gram Cooked Thai Jasmine Rice
75 gram Frozen mixed vegetables
3 tablespoon Mak Tok Malaysian Zesty paste
3 tablespoon Vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon Fish sauce
1/4 teaspoon Lemon juice
1 pinch Salt and ground black pepper
-Heat the oil in a frying pan. Gently fry two tablespoons of Mak Tok Malaysian Zesty paste with the frozen vegetables until it softens.
-In goes the raw king prawns, stir until they’re cooked.
-Add the cooked rice, the rest of the Mak Tok sauce, fish sauce and fold all the ingredients together.
-Drizzle with lemon juice, a pinch of salt and black pepper and voila.
Tip:
– Any stir-fry or fried rice is all about preparation in advance. Make sure you set all the ingredients up before even turning the hob on. This is a quick cook recipe, so make sure you keep an eye on the pan at all times.
