Zesty Prawn Fried Rice
200 gram Raw king prawns-peeled
150 gram Cooked Thai Jasmine Rice
75 gram Frozen mixed vegetable
3 tablespoon Mak Tok Malaysian Zesty paste
3 tablespoon Vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon Fish sauce
1/4 teaspoon Lemon juice
1 pinch Salt and ground black pepper
-Heat oil in the frying pan. Gently fry two tablespoons of Zesty Mak Tok Malaysian sauce with the frozen vegetable until it turns soften.
-In goes, the raw king prawns, stir until they cooked.
-Add the cooked fried rice, the rest of Mak Tok sauce, fish sauce and fold al the ingredients together.
-drizzle with lemon juice, a pinch of salt and black pepper and voila.
– Any stir-fry or fried rice is all about preparation in advance. Make sure you set all the ingredients before even turn the hob on. This is a quick cook recipe, so make sure you keep an eye on the pan at all times.
